Luke has 16 years’ commercial experience gained within the Building, Civils, Rail and Residential sectors, with the majority of the last 10 years spent working in Civils for main contractors and sub-contractors within the Local Authority and Highways Sectors. Luke is currently the Managing QS with a team of 7 on a highways term maintenance that is in its final year. Luke has also dealt with numerous subcontract packages on a variety of major civils schemes under the NEC form of Contract as well as some bespoke contracts for Highways Term Maintenance Contracts.
