The Burj Khalifa is undoubtedly one of the most impressive buildings in the world. At over 828 meters tall and more than 160 stories it is a vertical city that can accommodate 100,000 people at any given time. When a UK consultancy firm needed a team to work through the entire concrete structure and provide a Bill of Quantities based on SMM, Adeo were on hand to help.

Our team undertook a detailed measurement and Bill production for all concrete works, deploying a team of Quantity Surveyors who successfully turned the project around in a matter of weeks. Having proven we could make light work of such a significant project, we were subsequently commissioned to remeasure the entire sprinkler system and associated plant.
