Ian is the Managing Director and founder of Adeo Global Consulting Limited. He is supported by his highly experienced, multi-disciplined leadership team. Ian has extensive expertise in commercial management, claims management and dispute resolution services, with over 40 years’ experience in Civil Building including Highway, Petro- Chemical, Rail and Construction Industries. He has advised contractors on dispute resolution strategies which have achieved commercially successful outcomes, in particular acting as Senior Claims Negotiator/Settlement Facilitator on the Jubilee Line Extension Project, undertaking the defence of numerous claims Ian is well disposed to give unbiassed and constructive consultative advice and takes a hands-on role in the support of our clients, specialising in the preparation of contractual claims, advising on project specific commercial strategies. Ian has a pragmatic and zealous eye for detail and an enduring passion for adding value to the services Adeo provides.
