Philip Landman

Philip has circa 15 years’ commercial experience primarily gained within the Civils Infrastructure and Water sectors. Principally delivering commercial support to main subcontractors however, has also provided much needed commercial expertise to several subcontractors. Philip works well either independently or in collaboration with clients’ own in-house teams in a managerial position. Philip has predominantly worked on the NEC form of contract, mainly option A and C (Target Cost).
